well it rained pretty heavily this morning. i got quite wet jus trying to board the bus, though the bus stop is right at my block! the sky was a nice blue at school though. it didn't rain no matter how much we wanted it to.
trng was good today. 3.2km run was slow though. at least we only hafta do 6 rounds once trng resumes. :D coach started to punish us for our layups. she said we were too slow. =( she wanted 5 dribbles max across the crt. urgh, we had to do sprints if we dribbled too much or if the ball didnt go in. she practically laid out punishments for almost everythign today. 2 man layups weren't so bad, she made us do pushups for those shots that didnt go in instead of sprints.
i like 3 man fastbreak! we had to put in 50 shots today, and coach defended. i dont get it, she's super fast. she intercepted so many balls! ugh, we took so long to finsh. ball handling was ok. i kept asking syu how to do, cos i jus FORGOT. stupid, but yea.
THEN the "fun" part came. footwork along the 3-pt line. the only difference was that this time, our fingers had to touch the ground. PFFFT! im aching from all this already. & we had to maintain that distance the whole time, if not our fingers would lift from the ground. i thought that was tough, then she dropped another bombshell on us again.
footworkANDstanding broad jump! we did it in a figure8 around the court. my legs were LEAD by the time i finished. haha. and i caused such a traffic jam. sorry!
FRIDAY's gna be FUNFUNFUN. i can't wait. -boo. it's 2 more days to friday. :D
oh yes, no sunburns today. GOOD.
ive been yawning since talking to jx on the fone at 3pm. YAWN. and now im supposed to watch a vcd/dvd with michael.
